
Buckingham Palace
Buckingham Palace is official London residence of the British monach. It was been that since Queen Victoria ascended the throne in 1837. It is placed at the end of the Mall, a wide avenue leading from Trafalgar Square in London. This building face to the Victoria Memorial, a statue of Queen Victoria. The architect was Duke of Buckingham and Normandy in 1703 and was bought by George III in 1761. It is built in neo-classical style that was remodelled by John Nash in 1825. This palace has a Marble Arch that was the entrance to the palace. In addition, the palace has almost 600 rooms and is surrounded by 20 hectares of garden. In the queen’s Gallery had shown annual exhibition of painting and works of art from the Royal Collection. Therefore, people can visit and saw the exhibition collection because it was permanently open to the public.
